Meira started working in hospitality 12 years ago in a little Italian restaurant called ‘Bellini’ in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Since then she has managed some of Tel Aviv (Charcuterie, Social Club) and Melbourne’s (Brooks, Grossi Florentino, The Town Mouse) hottest restaurants.

In 2016 she was awarded the 'Age Good Food Guide Sommelier of the Year'.
Meira is now an independent sommelier and wine consultant.

Her latest achievement has been adding ‘Mum’ to her already remarkable resumé.

Banjo grew up in restaurants.
From working for his parents, to the glamorous lights of Sydney’s greatest dining rooms, to the position of Restaurant Manager of internationally acclaimed Attica.

He has twice been named the Best Sommelier in Australia and has a passion for all types of fermented beverages.

Banjo helped found restaurants Bar Liberty and Capitano, and now spends his days as chief wine buyer for Good Pair Days.
He imports wine from overseas and seeks out the best local drops, bringing great wine to people all over Australia

Born and raised in Sydney, Kylie started her hospitality career working in bars, before discovering her true calling in great restaurants.

She has worked at Tetsuya’s, Bentley Restaurant and Bar and Duke Bistro.
In 2010 she was part of the original lineup for the Taste of Young Sydney (TOYS) collective where she ran the Front of House operations.

Now the GM of Momofuku Seiōbo, she has been recognised as one of THE leading lights of the restaurant industry in Australia, and a multi award winner.
